About Tai Chi for Health. Has 30 Trained Volunteer Instructors and we currently teach around 400 people every week. We teach people who have health issues and we teach people that need exercise and relaxation. The Tai Chi we teach can be done standing or sitting. The classes are free but we do request donations to cover hall fees, refreshments and insurance. Would you like to join one of our classes? Class at 5 Abbey Walk.
